Anne-Marie May exhibition now open
Ten Cubed is proud to present an exhibition of sculptural works by Anne-Marie May.
Anne-Marie has a unique ability to manipulate diverse materials into both geometric and organic form. She creates unexpected pieces, recontextualising materials that have another purpose in the world. Her thermally folded acrylic sculptures conduct and project light and shadow according to the installation context. May has also developed an ongoing series of unique state bronze sculptures cast from paper, rendering tectonic models from original paper maquettes into enduring sculptural media.

Adam our gallery manager will be leaving us and taking his passion for art education back to the classroom, joining the team at Preshil to contribute his expertise to their reputable Art curriculum. Anyone who has experienced Adam in front of a student crowd will know it is his calling. Our VCE Studio Art gallery tours in association with Monash University Museum of Art have been a great success due to Adam’s innate ability to engage students with his thorough understanding and enthusiasm of art theory, history and practice. As a fine art major and a practicing painter, Adam put his curatorial skills to the test for this year’s well received “Off the Wall” exhibition. We wish him great success in his new endeavor. He will be missed. Read the full newsletter HERE.
