Alasdair McLuckie

Represented by Murray White Room. Having graduated from the Victorian College of the Arts with a BA in Fine Art in 2007, Alasdair McLuckie’s artworks have already been acquired by MONA, Artbank, Art & Australia and the Monash University Museum of Art. McLuckie’s works are often graphic in style; drawing, sculpting and crafting to explore and reinterpret themes of traditional folklore, tribalism and ritual, creation and destruction. Accolades include the Art & Australia / Credit Suisse Private Banking Contemporary Art Award for 2012, the Veolia Primavera Acquisitive Award in 2011, and the 2008 City of Melbourne Young Artist Grant. Ten Cubed is proud to be exhibiting Alasdair McLuckie’s works at its first top ten solo show in March 2013.
